| My name is Gregg Kerber. As a Pacific Northwest native, my love of photography goes back to the mid 70’s when a family friend and renowned landscape photographer introduced me to the art form. |
| I am deeply passionate about capturing the beauty of the natural world through photography. I strive to employ a unique and artistic approach, focusing on light, composition, and emotion to create stunning images. |
| My style is characterized by soft, ethereal lighting and a dreamlike quality, evoking a sense of wonder and tranquility in the viewer. I utilize a combination of traditional and modern photography techniques to achieve my desired results. |
| I use a variety of camera equipment, including DSLR and mirrorless cameras, various lenses, and filters, to suit different shooting situations. |
| I have been a professional photographer since 2007 when I founded Discover the Light Photography. |
| Through Discover the Light Photography I provide landscape photography workshops and tours throughout the Pacific Northwest including Milky Way and night sky workshops. In addition to workshops, I provide in-person and online classes on a variety of photography-related subjects. |
| My mission is to inspire others to appreciate and protect the natural world through photography. |

| My passion for photography started in the mid 1980's. It has transformed my life in many ways. What started as a hobby, quickly became a passion and a way of life. I get great satisfaction from sharing my passion with like-minded people. |
