Refund policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • 30 days or more prior to the workshop:
    Refund less a $25 cancellation fee.
  • 7 to 30 days prior to the workshop:
    75% refund.
  • Less than 7 days prior to the workshop:
    50% refund.

About the Workshop
This will be a photography packed workshop where we'll visit eleven fantastic sites including an abandoned church, abandoned houses, iconic rock formations, and historic towns. We'll end the workshop with sunset and blue hour photography.
There will be approximately 140 miles of driving (all paved roads) with no more than 30 miles between sites. Most sites require some walking.

COVID-19 Statement

All of my workshops are outdoors and are limited in size (depending on the location). I am fully vaccinated (including bivalent booster). Social distancing is encouraged. If you registered for a workshop and become symptomatic the week of the workshop, contact me so we can work out an alternate plan.
Due to the current situation with COVID, all meals will be in the field. Bring eough food for lunch and dinner.

About Me

I am a passionate photographer with a focus on landscape and astro photography. I have been leading Milky Way workshops since 2012 and landscape workshops since 2007. I have lived in the Northwest my entire life. My passion for photography goes back to the early 1980's. I am the Coordinator for the Portland/Vancouver Photography Meetup Group and have been teaching Photoshop and Lightroom since 2007.
