Refund policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
More than 30 days prior to the workshop: Refund less $20 deposit
14 - 30 days or less prior to the workshop: 75% refund
5 to 13 prior to the workshop: 40% refund
0 to 4 days prior to the workshop: No refund
If sky conditions are predicted to be cloudy the days leading up to the workshop, the workshop will be rescheduled on one of the alternate dates shown above. If none of the dates work out because of sky conditions, a 90% refund will be issued or 100% credit towards a future workshop.
Once the workshop starts, refunds cannot be issued. I make every attempt to make sure weather conditions are ideal for Milky Way photography (weather forecasts from several sources, astronomical sky forecasts, live web cams, etc). Conditions can change without warning and in an instant - especially near mountains. If weather conditions change once we are at the shooting venue, you will be given credit towards a future workshop of comparable value.
