New for 2020! I'm now offering low cost online classes on many subjects. Length will run from 1 to 2 hours. All will be conducted using Zoom video conferencing. Zoom offers easy and effective ways to communicate online. Video conferencing with sound (via your computer's microphone and a cell phone). Participants can share their screen, chat, annotation, and much more.

Lightroom Classic Develop Module - Advanced

What's covered: Local adjustments (adjustment brush, gradient tool and radial tool), tips and tricks, creating and using Develop Presets

What's covered: Workflow (basic edits in Lightroom - send to Photoshop - work in Photoshop - save back to the Lightroom catalog. Photoshop basics (masks, selections, layers, adjustment layers).

Photoshop - Advanced

Exposure Blending in Photoshop

Painting with Light in Photoshop

Using Snapseed to Edit Photos on your Phone

Photographing the Milky Way

Prerequisites: Basic understanding of exposure (aperture, shutter speed and ISO), basic understanding of your camera controls and menus (menu access, how to activate manual focus, how to access the histogram, settings for long exposure and high ISO noise reduction, mirror lockup, and self timer.
What's covered: Choosing the right gear, setting up your gear, setting focus for tack sharp images, getting the proper exposure, tips on composition, planning Milky Way shoots
